Hydrotherapy Towel Treatment
Incorporate hydrotherapy towel treatment
into any one of our 90 minute massages of your choice. Our
hydrotherapy treatment uses moist heated towels in isolated areas that
have myofascial problems, stress, tension, and/or trigger points. This
technique is used to help stretch fascia and warm the muscle tissues to
relax and assist in releasing trigger points.
Add $15.00 to the 90 minute massage service of your choice.

Massage Spa Party Packages |
Massage Spa Party Packages are for small, medium, and large parties.
A Massage Spa Party Package is great for wedding parties, mothers day get together, girls getaway, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, bridal and baby showers, corporate parties, and so much more.
Body Tech™ Massage Spa Parties will be provided at a residence, hotel, or place of business. Choose as many of our “Mini Treatment Services” needed for your party. Our massage spa party services are "Mini treatments" from a minimum of ten to fifteen minutes, to maximum of thirty five minutes hands on time. Treatment time depends on the treatments you set up, number of people attending, and the time frame scheduled.

~ Policies ~
For immediate service please contact us at (866) 438-8495. To request a reservation in advance please fill out our Reservations Request Form.
All services are required to be set up and confirmed through a Body Tech Reservations Specialist. Immediate service reservations (non-packages) are sold at full price. Packages need to be set up & confirmed with one of Body Tech™'s Reservations Specialists. Reservations for packages need to be confirmed no less than 72 hours in advance.

Reservations & Payment Information
All clients appointments must be “Confirmed” through Body Tech™ Massage Spa Services Reservations Department via telephone.
In order to schedule a reservation, we must obtain client information,
such as the name of each client (unless group party), health conditions
and medication usage, type of desired services or packages to schedule,
date & times of the desired reservation, and location. Driver's license and credit card payment information are required to hold each reservation.
To
schedule a “Package Reservation” or to make changes to an already
existing scheduled package reservation, it must be scheduled at least
72 hours in advance. When there is a need to reschedule, we do
not guarantee the availability of our Professionals or the type of
available services. We do however understand travel plans change so we
do our very best to accommodate.
“Package Reservations” require a non-refundable deposit of 20% unless, there is a cancellation with notice of 48 hours or more.
Some services may be added and/or up-graded and gratuity may be added
to the total bill therefore, the client will not be charged for the
balance of the full service until the appointment is completed.
If appointments start before 9am or after 10pm an additional $20.00
will be added to the service rate. Early morning and late evening
appointments must be scheduled in advance.

“Non-Packages” and “Individual Services” are sold at full price and are
not considered a part of the Affiliate Package Savings Program.

Cancellations
Body Tech™ Reservations Department must be notified of cancellations directly by the client.
Clients
that cancel their "Package Reservation" through Body Tech Reservations with notification of 48 plus hours will not be charged a cancellation
fee.
Clients
that cancel their "Package Reservation" from 48 hours and under, will be charged the 20% nonrefundable fee
of the total scheduled package amount unless, the cancellation is within one hour of the reservation or the client is a no-show.
Packages
that canceled within one hour of the schedule reservation or no-shows
will be charged the full services rate of the scheduled reservation
package.
Cancellations for “Non-Packages” within four hours of
the scheduled reservation will be charged a $50.00 fee unless the cancellation is
within one hour of the scheduled reservation(s) or the client is a no-show.
Cancellations within on hour and/or no-shows will be
charged for the full scheduled service.

Professional Ethical Massage Spa Services
Body Tech Massage Spa Services provides Professional Ethical In-Room Massage Spa Services. Scheduled services are also determined by the size of the room/suite. Our Reservations Specialists will take the room size and type of services to be performed into consideration when scheduling each reservation. In order to schedule certain Massage Spa Services, your prospective guest(s) may be encouraged to upgrade their hotel suite.
A Body Tech Massage Spa Services Professional will provide the massage spa supplies such as the massage table and/or chair, linens, lotions & oils, relaxing music, products, and aromatherapy. Before we begin, we require each client to complete our health history and waiver form. Once our therapist(s) have reviewed each client’s health information, they will step out of the room to wash their hands. At that time, the client will be instructed to dress down to his/her comfort level and cover up on the table with the provided top sheet and cover. Clients will remain properly draped at all times during the massage spa session. Upon completion of the therapeutic service(s), our Professional(s) will again leave the room while the client gets dressed. If there is any discomfort during the clients massage spa session, our clients are encouraged to inform their therapist immediately.
Body Tech™ has strict policies and procedure guidelines for appropriate conduct. Any inappropriate behavior including the suggestion or solicitation of sexual services will not be tolerated. Our licensed professionals are required to terminate the session immediately if a client’s behavior becomes rude or if inappropriate sexual advances have been suggested. A Hotel Manager will be notified accordingly. The client may be charged and our licensed professional will receive full compensation for the session.
Inappropriate behavior of our licensed professionals will not be tolerated as well. Any accusation by a client regarding the inappropriate behavior of one of our therapists will be investigated thoroughly and appropriate action will be taken.

Proper Sanitation
Our Professionals are required to follow our proper hygiene and sanitation
policies and procedures throughout each and every appointment/session.

Client Health Screening
A Body
Tech™ Reservations Specialists pre-screens all clients (exception of
group spa parties and for corporate events) initially via phone for
health and medical contraindications. Our clients are provided with
information of our Ethical Policies and Procedures of how we provide
our professionals services. Body Tech reserves the right to refuse to
provide any of our service(s) to a potential client that is “Red
Flagged” whether it’s due to medical contraindications or they are
looking for unethical services that we absolutely do not provide.
Upon
our Professionals arrival, each client is required to complete an
intake health history waiver form prior to initiating our services.
Our licensed professionals will additionally pre-screen each client.

Licensed, Insured & Trained Professionals
When Body
Tech™ Massage Spa Services recruits; we select only the best “Licensed
and Insured Massage Spa Professionals”. All of our professionals hold
a license with the authority that regulates massage therapy in the
state in which services are being provided. In addition, all our
Professionals are also required to carry “Liability and Malpractice Insurance” with our company “Body Tech” as an “Additional Insured”.
Body Tech™
Jax Inc. has been in Business since 2004 and complies with all the
laws, licensing, insurance & regulations as require in each
jurisdiction it operates in.
Upon
hiring our Professionals, we complete a thorough background check. We
require a professional appearance, positive attitude, punctual habits,
and respectful communication with all of our clients. In addition, all
licensed Professionals are required to complete a fixed amount of
continuing education each year. Body Tech™ Massage Spa Services also
provides additional training to accommodate the finer hotels to assure
your guests are receiving an elite service.
Our therapists are
required to wear professional Body Tech™ uniforms and carry company
identification during each scheduled appointment.

~ Legalities ~
Body
Tech™ operates 100% under the governed massage therapy laws, not the
governed cosmetology laws. As a mobile service, there are limitations
to what type of services we can provide. By law, as a mobile service,
we can provide massage therapy, hydrotherapy, some body treatments (not
body wraps), and massage facials (not esthetic facials). Body Tech™ is
NOT a full service mobile spa/salon. We provide Massage Spa Services
only!
These
laws are set up to protect YOU, the client, from harm. As a consumer,
please be aware that any other mobile operation running a FULL SERVICE
MOBILE SPA is performing them ILLEGALLY and has not passed any
inspections; therefore, you are at a greater risk for unsanitary
conditions. In addition to charging you for illegal services, they are
also subject to large fines. The only exception of a mobile full
service spa/salon is a State Health Regulated mobile RV. For further
verification on these regulations, please contact your state Department
of Business and Professional Health Regulations.
