LMT Staffing Services

Body Tech™ LMT Staffing Services provides properly licensed spas, massage clinics, and chiropractors with an additional resource of quality Licensed Massage Spa professionals.

Prior to using our professional LMT Staffing Services, Body Tech™ Reservations Department must first obtain a completed and signed Client Agreement and receive copies of proper establishment licensing and current insurance information.

Our professionals have been properly trained and follow our policies and procedures guidelines to ensure quality of service.  Our professionals represent the company they are staffing for, not themselves or Body Tech™.  Any reschedule requests will be directed to your company’s reservations desk.

Advanced notification is required to fulfill your request for services.  We do not guaranty availability on a short notice.

Our LMT Staffing Services is the perfect solution to fill-in for a massage spa professional.        
           

 
Licensed Professionals

All Body Tech™’s licensed professionals are licensed by the state in which they are practicing, are fully insured, and have all current licensing and permits in the jurisdiction in which services are being provided.

Malpractice and Liability Insurance

Body Tech™ requires all of our licensed professionals to carry a liability/malpractice insurance policy.  Body Tech™ carries a separate liability insurance policy and is listed as an “Additional Insured” with all of our professionals.

 
LMT Staffing Reservations

A 72 hour advance request for LMT staffing is advisable to schedule through our LMT Staffing Service.  We do not guaranty availability on short notice however, we will do our best to fulfill the staffing request.  Depending on the territory, we do not guaranty LMT Staffing availability.
    

 
Forms of Payment

Billing arrangements will be prearranged prior to scheduling a staffing reservation however, massage and spa establishments will have the option to have Body Tech™ bill for our staffing services which will be due upon receipt.

 
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 72 hours of the scheduled reservation will be billed 20% of the total amount due.
