A 72 hour notice is required for scheduling and rescheduling a reservation to assure our professionals availability.
Cancellations for Health & Wellness Clients
Cancellations of appointments of less than a 12 hour notice, with exception of the last hour, will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within one hour of the scheduled reservation or no-shows will be charged $50.00 that will be automatically charged to the client’s credit card on file.

* Upon signing up for a health and wellness package plan, a Body Tech™ Reservations Specialist will need to obtain credit card information and set scheduled appointments and payment plan. * A 72 hour notice is required for rescheduling a reservation. * All payments must be paid either before, or the day of the scheduled reservation. * With our discounted health and wellness plan there will need to be at least one reservation scheduled. * All reservations must be scheduled through Body Tech™’s Reservations Department.
