Health & Wellness Discounts & Packages

 If one of our professionals perform back to back massages, there will be a $10.00 discount per each massage of your choice.

Purchase 3 massages of your choice over a three month period and receive 10% off each session.

Purchase 5 massages of your choice over a five month period and receive 12% off each session.

Purchase 10 massages of your choice over a ten month period and receive 15% off each session.
 
Once you sign up for any one of the above discounts packages, you will also receive the same percentage off any other massage spa service of your choice during your discount period.

Health & Wellness Program Reservations 

Reservations need to be scheduled in advance and following each completed reservation until the package purchased is fulfilled.  A 72 hour notice is required for rescheduling a reservation to assure our professionals availability.
  

  
Cancellations for Health & Wellness Clients

Clients who are receiving our Discount Package rates through our Health & Wellness Program require a 24 hour notification to cancel or reschedule a reservation through Body Tech™’s Reservations Department.  There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled within 12 hours with exception of the last hour.  Cancellations within one hour of the scheduled reservation or no-shows will be charged $50.00 that will be automatically charged to the client’s credit card on file.

*  You also get the same discount off any of our other services during your discount package period.
*  If you do not use all your massages, they will carry over even after the expiration date of your discount package period.
*  If you end up using all your massages up before the discount period ends, you still get your discounts of all other services until the end of your discount package period.
*  For every renewal of a Discount Package you will also receive one free Add-On service of your choice.
*  Services purchased are also transferable to family or friends with a gift certificate. 
     

 
Health & Wellness Program
Terms & Conditions

*  Upon signing up for a Discount Package Plan, Body Tech™’s Reservations Department will need to obtain credit card information and set a scheduled monthly payment plan.  
*  If clients want to schedule appointments more than just once a month, payments can be readjusted.   
*  All payments must be paid either before, or the day of the scheduled reservation.
*  Until the Discount Package Plan is completed, there will need to be at least one reservation scheduled.  
*  A 72 hour notice is required for rescheduling a reservation.
*  All reservations must be scheduled through Body Tech™’s Reservations Department.
*  A completed Client Intake form is needed upon signing up for a Discount Package Plan.  This will allow Body Tech™’s Reservations Department to match our clients with the ideal professional.
*  If the Discount Package Plan is terminated by either the client or Body Tech™ before the completion of the plan, there will be a percentage adjustment billed to the client’s credit card for the appointments and services already fulfilled.  
*  If client is not satisfied with a particular Body Tech™ professional, we will make sure there will be some sort of compensation depending on the situation, and there will be a replacement of the professional.
